Standard PEI-Student Contract
We are required by Council for Private Education to execute the Standard PEI-Student Contract (with a unique number) for every enrolment. It is a legal document which lays out terms and conditions governing the relationship between Boston Business School and students. It serves to minimise future disputes.

The contract contains the following key information:

Course information
Detailed breakdown of total fees payable by students together with exact due date for each payment instalment
Refund policy
Fee Protection Scheme (FPS)
Medical Insurance Scheme
Additional information to guide students on what to do and where to go if there is a dispute with Boston Business School and other relevant matters.

Students must understand the contract prior to enrolment. Also, students must not pay any fees before signing the contract. Further, students must sign 2 original copies of the contract and retain 1 copy after signing. Unless Boston Business School and students agree, the contract cannot be amended after it has been signed.
