Transfer / Withdrawal Process
Our transfer/withdrawal policy is guided by the requirements of the EduTrust Certification Scheme. It aims to handle request for transfer or withdrawal by students in a fair and reasonable manner.

Transfer
Students must submit a Request for Transfer / Withdrawal Form through the Student Link to transfer or defer course within Boston Business School.

Request must include the following information:

Student's name
NRIC/Passport/FIN No.
Course enrolled
Reason(s) for transfer.

No additional fee is payable for request. However, request must be submitted within 90 days after course commencement date. All requests are considered on a case to case basis and subject to meeting admission requirements for next course.

Student is notified in writing outcome of request within 14 days from date request was received. If approved, request is deemed as withdrawal from course and treated as new application. A new Standard PEI-Student Contract must be signed to terminate the original contract. International students must submit a new Student Pass application to Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA).

Any unconsumed fees from existing course will be credited to next course. If unconsumed fees are less than fees payable for next course, student must pay the difference. However, if unconsumed fees are more than fees payable for next course, the difference is refunded to student based on conditions of Withdrawal Without Cause.

If request is rejected, student is advised to continue with existing course.
Withdrawal
Students must submit a Request for Transfer / Withdrawal Form through the Student Link to transfer from Boston Business School to study in another institute or withdraw from course.
Request must include the following information:

Student's name
NRIC/Passport/FIN No.
Course enrolled
Reason(s) for withdrawal.

No additional fee is payable for request. Student, however, must settle any outstanding fees and satisfy minimum attendance requirement before request is considered for approval. Student is notified in writing outcome of request within 14 days from date request was received. Request is deemed as withdrawal from course and the Standard PEI-Student Contract is terminated. Any unconsumed fees are refunded to student based on conditions of Withdrawal Without Cause. International students must surrender their Student Pass to ICA for cancellation.
