Student Protection Scheme
Student Tuition Fee Account (Escrow)
The Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) serves to protect the students’ fees in the event a Private Education Institution (PEI) is unable to continue operations due to insolvency, and/or regulatory closure. Furthermore, the FPS protects the student if the PEI fails to pay penalties or return fees to the student arising from judgment made against it by the Singapore courts.

Boston Business School has opted for the Student Fee Account (Escrow) with DBS Bank Ltd. This is for the purpose of receiving payment of the student’s fee and the circumstances in which the amount in the Escrow shall be payable to Boston Business School and/or the student.
All students are covered under the FPS.
Student Contract
All students must enter into a Standard PEI-Student Contract with Boston Business School.
